• Loosen chin rest and insert bracket using enclosed key.
• Ensure that chin rest is then tightened securely.
• Detach arm from pad, turn clockwise 90 degrees then re-insert.
• Insert end of arm into bracket on violin (aligning dots).
• There are a number of possible positions for the pad, detach and adjust accordingly.
• There should be some movement in the joint between arm and pad to allow for greater playing freedom.
• To remove rest, detach arm at bracket end. Align the dots on pad and arm for storage position.
• Listen to the improvement in tone when you fit your StoweMaster shoulder rest.
